Helen Doyle

Helen Doyle has a visit of over 15 years working in business affairs of the entertainment industry in London, NY and Dublin prior to qualifying as a solicitor.

An interest in copyright law and contracts led Helen to to study Cultural Industries and the Law at City University London. Helen later attained a Masters in Music Business Management (incorporating IP Law) at University of Westminster before returning to Ireland to qualify as a solicitor. She has advised clients on a wide variety of international record licensing, publishing and distribution agreements. Helen also advises on general commercial and IP agreements, employment matters and conveyancing transactions.

Helen is a member of the Music Managers Forum (MMF), the DSBA (Dublin Solicitor’s Bar Association) and the Law Society of Ireland.
